The Arctic Wilderness Lodge has created a unique experience for discerning guests wishing to experience the traditional Sorrisniva seasonal offerings including the Ice Hotel, Northern Lights, and snowmobile safaris, while still enjoying the world-famous Sorrisniva cuisine and hospitality.
The wilderness lodge is built on the bank of the internationally renowned Alta River in Norway’s high Arctic adjoining the world-famous Igloo Hotel. The central area combines the lounge, restaurant, and bar with high glass façades offering magnificent views over the river and surrounding wilderness.
All rooms are designed with panoramic windows extending into the ceiling to maximise the view over the river and sky.
All rooms have an ensuite with a shower as well as a private balcony.
