Colca Lodge Spa & Hot Springs

Country Club Lima Hotel

Set deep in the Colca Valley and situated on the banks of the River Colca, Colca Lodge has a unique style and it is built entirely of adobe construction.

All the rooms are large and have a private bathroom, heating, hot water (obtained by solar energy), and an outdoor terrace with views across the valley.

Positioned between the small villages of Coporaque and Ichupampa, the property is built around beautiful gardens and pre-Inca terraces that have been declared a Peruvian Natural Heritage. The property draws on rustic, traditional-style architecture and natural materials, using stone, adobe, thatch, and wood panels.

With its own private natural, thermal hot baths fed by volcanic hot springs where you can slip into the stone pools, drink in hand, overlooking the river after a day of exploring.

The rooms are well integrated into the natural environment thanks to their use of natural materials that give an air of rusticity to the warm, clean, and contemporary finish. There are parquet floors, rugs, stenciled walls, and decorated wood paneling. Bathrobes are provided for you to walk down to the thermal baths – ideally located next to the bar.

The lodge has no TV or other modern distractions, but with such an impressive rural setting, Colca Lodge is an ideal hotel if you’re looking to relax and disconnect.

There is also a restaurant for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, a cosy bar, and a large room with a fireplace.
