Some of Mathew’s earliest memories are travel related. Whether it be flying as an Unaccompanied Minor at the age of 7 or going on a school camp to the Kruger National Park a year or two later – it is safe to say that that he was well and truly bitten by the travel bug from an early age. While still completing his university education Mathew was already arranging and leading large groups of students overseas. Upon graduating with degrees in Business Management, Psychology and Sociology, Mathew worked in IT Sales and Business Development for a number of years before finding the lure of travel too strong to ignore. Starting out as a Junior Travel Consultant, he progressed quickly and soon after began work as an Account Manager with Impact Organisation – one of the leading independent B2B Conference and Incentive companies in Australia. His ability to exceed the demands and expectation of some of the most prominent companies and associations in Australia saw him promoted to Senior Account Manager. He excelled and flourished in this position – organising a number of highly regarded Pharmaceutical, Medical and Corporate events each year in both Australia and internationally. In 2010, Mathew played a central role in establishing the joint venture between Impact and Amaco Travel. Once completed, he assumed managerial responsibility for all the Amaco Conferences while still servicing his existing Corporate and Association clientele. In July 2015, Mathew purchased the Amaco business and is very much looking forward to increasing the scope and appeal of the conferences offered. When not traveling the globe, Mathew is a family man who spends as much time as possible with his wife and two young daughters.

Kerry has more than 15 years of experience in the travel industry and 25 years in the customer service and sales fields. She has a proven record in managing successful retail travel businesses and is passionate about providing exceptional service. Kerry brings to Amaco an immense travel knowledge and will work closely with you to coordinate an itinerary that not only compliments but enhances your entire conference experience. She is delighted to discuss your flight ideas and plans and will secure you an exceptional deal from any number of premium airlines as well as provide details on their inflight and ground services. She is also able to call on her knowledge and industry connections to match you with the most suitable travel products from a range of operators in areas such as river and ocean cruising, coach touring, small group adventure travel, rail and other tailor made travel products. Her aim is to design an exceptional and unforgettable journey for you! After working with Kerry you will be left assured and comfortable in the knowledge that all you travel needs have been given the care and attention to detail that you have come to expect from Amaco Travel. Having travelled extensively, Kerry say her most unforgettable travel moments include visiting Gallipoli and the Blue Mosque in Turkey, Monument Valley in Utah, Christ the Redeemer in Rio and the Grand Canal and backstreets of Venice. She has a real appetite and desire when travelling for local food and culture and her favourite foodie destinations are Vietnam and Singapore. Kerry is married with two young children and likes to spend her free time cooking up new dishes for her family.
