Cruising has always been exceptionally popular with our Amaco delegates. It offers an all-inclusive and relaxing experience with the advantage that you get to see a lot of places but only unpack once.
Amaco has specially chartered the Celebrity Xperience for our Galapagos cruise. The Xperience is a newly refurbished expedition style vessel with just 24 stylish staterooms – each featuring an ocean view and packed with all the features you would expect on a much larger cruise liner. Cruising the Galapagos Islands in a vessel of this size means that we’ll be able to visit places and do things that larger vessels just can’t contemplate.
The cruise promises to be an experience most people only dream about… in a destination that very few get to truly experience. With expert naturalists on board to provide in-depth destination briefings and lectures, our participants will enjoy a number of daily excursions with choices of activity levels and intensities.
As part of our cruise program, guests will have the opportunity to get up-close and personal with the wildlife inhabiting the Galapagos Islands as well as develop an understanding of the people who live in the communities of the islands.
This cruise offers exceptional value for money – with all meals (including room service), an open bar on board and gratuities all covered in the package cost. Even your domestic flight from Quito to the Galapagos is included as are the often forgotten expenses like gratuities and on board internet access.
Following our return to Quito after the cruise, those with a little extra time may elect to join our Post Conference Amazon Extension. This 6 night program provides participants with the opportunity to journey deep into Ecuadorian Amazon region. We’ll be based at Sacha Lodge, deep within a 5000-acre private ecological reserve surrounded by pristine rain forest. Designed to offer comfort to the traveler yet still preserve the environment and rain forest ambiance, Sacha Lodge is the perfect base from which to explore the surrounding area and the many distinct but equally fascinating habitats.
We hope you can join us as we conference in Quito and the Galapagos from 22 February – 4 March 2018.
For your comfort and touring pleasure the conference is limited to just 48 participants. Register today or you will miss out!
